This is a rapper dance. It's done with flexible swords called rapper swords. They have one fixed grip and one grip that rotates. The dancers tie themselves into a knot and then untie themselves forming the original circle.

This dance is called New Rapper, as opposed to another rapper dance that Half Moon performs called Old Rapper.
